We have all have bought and sold antiques and collectibles our entire lives. We've also cared for elderly grandparents or parents, and suffered through the grueling challenge of dealing with an estate.

Elli is the world traveler among us, speaking English, German, Spanish and Japanese fluently. She's adept at spotting treasures and evaluating accessories & clothing. She's an artist whose current medium is mosaic and has played the cello in symphony orchestras around the world. She's a stunning stager with an eye for the dramatic, but her real talent is working with clients and families through this difficult time. She makes hard conversations easy and is rarely without a smile and a song.

Hilary's main career has been marketing, but a love for decor and unique items brought her to estate sale work in Atlanta. She returned to Encinitas after a 30 year absence to work in advertising, and soon noticed the lack of estate sale resources. She's worked with hundreds of homeowners and estate owners on the difficult task of downsizing. "This is one of the toughest moments of your life. When a loss is involved, it's even tougher. I've been through it twice and it feels like all the birds of prey descend to take advantage of you."

Nadine is a lifelong Southern California resident and has made a career of helping others. Her astute business sense, knack for interior design and passion for seniors have all come together with estate sales. "After dealing with my mother-in-law's estate and my father's estate, I thought there had to be a better way. Every estate sale company I interviewed only added to my stress, so I ended up giving away almost all of our family heirlooms."
